  • It is a bespoke one to one programme specifically designed to accelerate your success.

It can help you to define a powerful vision for your self and give you the motivation to drive for it, setting better goals, reaching them faster, making better informed decisions, and improving the effectiveness of your overall performance and relationships within the workplace and at home.

It is about the future: discovering your potential and achieving it faster. I will support you and encourage you to deliver higher performance by getting you to focus on what is fundamental and most importantly, take consistent action towards achieving your goals.

There are several types of Coaching, including Life Coaching, Executive/Leadership Coaching, Workplace Coaching, and Neurodiversity Coachong.

  • Neurodiversity Coaching:

Neurodiversity coaching is tailored to help individuals with neurodiverse traits recognize and build on their unique strengths, developing a stronger understanding of how these traits impact their personal, educational, and work life (dependong on what applies to the person).

The approach includes creating a personalised support system with regular sessions to maintain motivation. We will explore different strategies to enhance your strengths and address any specific challenges. This might include executive functioning, burnout, sensory issues and masking behaviours.

For parents or partners, neurodiversity coaching also provides tools to support your loved one’s development. It equips families with strategies to encourage positive progress and deepens understanding of how neurodiversity impacts various areas of life.

If relevant, I can signpost you to relevant information about Access to Work, support in school (e.g. EHCPs) and speaking to a Dr about Right to Choose.

  • Counselling typically focuses on exploring past experiences and emotional challenges to promote healing and personal wellbeing. It’s often about addressing psychological issues and finding ways to cope with or overcome them.

Coaching, while supportive, is future-oriented and action-focused. It centers on identifying goals, creating actionable plans, and driving toward personal and professional success. Coaching is about moving forward, not dwelling on the past.

  • The Chemistry Call allows you to meet your potential coach and determine if you would enjoy working together. For coaching to be effective, you need to feel comfortable with your coach and be able to build a highly confidential, dynamic, and honest relationship—good "chemistry" is essential!

During the call, you'll discuss the scope and agenda of your coaching relationship, what you want to achieve, how you’ll measure success, timelines, and the ideal programme structure to maximise results and ensure a measurable return on investment. It’s also an opportunity to ask any unanswered questions.

  • While the meeting is an informal opportunity to speak with your coach and decide if you’d enjoy working together, it’s helpful to complete the attached 'Primary Focus' form if you have time.

Writing down some of your goals will help clarify your key coaching objectives for the program. These objectives can be refined and adjusted after the Chemistry Call if other priorities emerge during your conversation and if you decide to proceed.

  • If the meeting goes well, we’ll schedule a mutually convenient time for your first coaching session. I will send you any necessary pre-work and required paperwork before the session, including the Coaching Agreement.

If you're unsure about working with me, there’s no obligation to continue. If the chemistry isn’t right or you have doubts, I can refer you to other coaches who may be a better fit.
